Education
Graduated class of 2008 from McCombs School of Business at UT-Austin. McCombs is the #1 Accounting program in the US year-in and year-out. The undergraduate business program is ranked #7 overall. I earned a BBA in Finance with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate. Excellent test taker - perfect score on the math section of the SAT.
Experience
Tutored throughout undergraduate career. I've worked with many students from middle school to college to seasoned professionals. SAT score of 1390 in 2003. (When the scale was calculated out of 1600). Perfect 800 score on the math section. Over 30 AP hours credit going into freshman year at UT. Why do I tutor? Tutoring is a great way for me to work with people in an educational format, something the business context doesn't always provide. The feedback loop with tutoring is instant as well, which is rewarding. When you make a breakthrough with a student it's a great thing! Relevant coursework includes all the standard undergraduate requirements, as well as upper division accounting and finance classes in one of the best business programs in the nation. My professional experience means that I can provide interesting applications of analytical skills that other tutors will not be able to provide. Self-taught HTML and CSS languages, currently taking courses for Salesforce.com and Google Analytics Certification.
